After the call is connected, you will be connected to an operator in the respective language. (Interpreters are available 24 hours a day)
Once the location and situation are confirmed, an ambulance or fire engine will arrive. Ambulances and fire engines are free of charge. In case of an emergency, please do not hesitate to call 119.
