Toyonaka International Exchange Association

We will be holding a panel exhibition until August 2025, 8 to help people learn and think about microaggressions!

Last year, in order to ensure that everyone involved with the Toyonaka International Center can feel safe, we created a pamphlet for staff and volunteers entitled "What you need to know! Unconscious discrimination, microaggressions". The pamphlet was designed to help people learn about and think about the unconscious discrimination that everyone commits without realizing it. It has been read by many people, not just volunteers, staff, and related parties at the center, and has received a great deal of positive feedback. This time, we have decided to hold a panel exhibition as an opportunity to let more people know about microaggressions and think about them together. We have added content that could not be included in the pamphlet, making it even more comprehensive. Please take this opportunity to visit the Toyonaka International Center and take your time to look at the panels.
