Peru is famous for Machu Picchu and the Nazca Lines. It is also known as the "country of gourmet food" and is attracting worldwide attention. Why not join us in cooking Peru's diverse and unique cuisine, which has been made using a wide variety of ingredients grown in the country's rich natural environment and has welcomed immigrants from Spain, Africa, China, Japan, and more, while listening to the entertaining stories of our instructor, Rosa?
