The Toyonaka International Association, a public interest incorporated foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation"), recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and that it is a social responsibility and obligation, and has established the following personal information protection policy to ensure the appropriate handling and protection of such information.

In addition, if there are errors or changes in personal information, we will respond promptly within a reasonable period of time only if we can confirm that the requester is the individual in question.

The Foundation will implement appropriate security measures for the personal information it collects and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, falsification, destruction, leakage, loss, etc.

The Foundation will comply with applicable laws, regulations and other standards regarding personal information.
Continuous improvement of personal information protection
The Foundation will continually review the contents of its personal information protection policy and strive to improve it.
