The Toyonaka International Exchange Association was established as a foundation in 1993 with the aim of promoting regional internationalization, creating a new regional culture, and contributing to the creation of a peaceful and equal local society. In addition, in order to achieve this objective, we will conduct resident-led international exchange activities based on respect for human rights while communicating with Toyonaka City and related organizations, and promoting mutual recognition and understanding with diverse cultures and peoples around the world. I have deepened it.
Since April 2012, 4, we have been certified as a public interest incorporated foundation, and have been working on "creating a multicultural society based on respect for human rights through the active participation of local citizens." By continuing to work with local communities and schools to develop communities and develop people, we will continue to create a system in which foreign minorities can become independent and create a society where everyone can live comfortably.

- June 1989
- At the request of the Mayor of Toyonaka, the Toyonaka City International Exchange Committee was established.
- June 1990
- An international exchange section is established in the Toyonaka City Cultural Affairs Division.
- June 1991
- The Toyonaka City International Exchange Committee's proposal ``Toyonaka City's goal of international exchange'' is finalized.
- June 1993
- Toyonaka International Exchange Foundation received establishment permission from Osaka Prefecture.

- Moved to Etre Toyonaka 6F

- Becomes designated administrator of Toyonaka International Exchange Center. Transferred to a public interest incorporated foundation in April 2012
